WHY PODCASTERS PICK HOME

Built for Conversation, Not Just Music

Most Nashville recording studios are designed for tracking music. HOME is built for full creative cycles, which means our podcast room actually sounds like a podcast room. Treated acoustics, multiple mics ready, and enough space for a real panel.

Room for a Real Panel

Studio B fits 4 to 6 guests around the table comfortably. We can run multiple Neumann and dynamic mics on isolated channels, so every voice gets its own clean track. No piling around a single mic, no awkward camera angles.

Pro Audio Chain

Universal Audio interfaces, PMC and Focal reference monitors, multiple host and guest mics, and Logic, Pro Tools, and Ableton all installed. Bring a laptop and a session file, or use the built-in workflow. Either way, the audio leaves the room sounding broadcast-ready.

Gigabit WiFi for Live

Google Fiber throughout the building. Live stream to YouTube and Twitch, run Riverside or SquadCast for remote guests, or upload finished episodes without watching a progress bar crawl. Fast enough that the internet is never the bottleneck.

24/7 Late-Night Access

Recording with a guest in LA or London? Catching the only window your co-host has at 11pm? Members get keycard access around the clock. No coordinating with a front desk, no scrambling for a venue that closes at 9.

What's Included in Every Podcast Session

At most Nashville studios, you pay for the room and pay again for the gear. At HOME, the gear is the room. Show up, mic up, hit record.

Multiple Microphone Options

Neumann condensers for hosts who want a polished, broadcast tone. Dynamic mics suited to podcast vocals when you need rejection in a livelier room. We help you pick the right combo for your show.

No mic rental fees

Headphones for Every Guest

Closed-back headphones at every seat, with their own volume control. Guests hear themselves, their co-hosts, and remote guests over a clean mix. No yelling, no ear fatigue, no awkward feedback.

Up to 6 channels

Treated Acoustics

Studio B is a 520+ sq ft soundproofed room with proper acoustic treatment. No flutter echo, no HVAC noise, no neighbor's dog showing up on the take. Your dialogue sounds clean before you even open the mix.

Dialogue-friendly room tone

Video-Ready Setup

Bring your own cameras for a tabletop video podcast in Studio B, or upgrade to the Live Room for a multi-camera setup with stage lighting. We have photographers and videographers in the community if you want a one-stop shop.

Studio B or Live Room

On-Site Editing

Edit, mix, and master your episode in Studio A right after you wrap. The room was tuned by Anthony Falcone for critical listening, so what you hear is what your audience hears. Members can edit at $30/hr.

Lounge for Guests

A comfortable lounge, free coffee, water, and a rooftop with Nashville skyline views. Guests can relax before the session, take a break mid-record, or hang after to catch up. Your show, your hospitality.

Free coffee, comfortable seats

HOME SETUP VS REAL STUDIO

Why Local Podcasters Quit Recording at Home

The home podcast setup looks great on paper. Then you actually try to record an episode. Here is what we hear from Nashville podcasters who switched.

1

The bedroom echoes, the basement sounds like a basement

A bare room sounds like a bare room. Foam panels glued to drywall do not fix it. Studio B is a real soundproofed, treated space, so your podcast does not start with a 3-second uphill climb on the spectrum analyzer.

2

The dog barks, the kids run upstairs, a delivery truck idles outside

You finally book a great guest, you are 22 minutes into a perfect take, and then the doorbell rings. HOME is sealed, treated, and behind a keycard. The only sound on the track is the conversation.

3

There is no room for guests

Your closet-turned-studio fits one person, maybe two if you are brave. Studio B fits a four-person panel comfortably, with multiple mics, headphones, and a clean line of sight for cameras if you want video.

4

Inviting a guest to your apartment is awkward

A real guest, the kind that grows your show, does not want to come to your kitchen. They want a real studio with a real address. HOME is at 615 Main Street in East Nashville, with a lounge and a rooftop. It feels professional because it is.

5

You are alone, and you stop showing up

The single biggest reason podcasts die is the host running out of steam. HOME is a community of 100+ Nashville creators. You record, you bump into the next host on your way out, and the show keeps going because you actually want to come back.

Studio B Client

"Excellent facility. It's one thing to have a great space but it's altogether elevated when the studios have excellent service. The in-house engineer is a pleasure to work with and KNOWS everything technical."
