Our Recording Studios
Each room is designed for a different workflow. Whether you need a tuned mix room, a writing and rehearsal space, or a 200-capacity live venue, we have the right studio for your project.

Studio A
Recording, Mixing & Mastering Suite
Studio A is a precision-built mix room designed by award-winning audio engineer Anthony Falcone. The room's acoustic treatment was calculated and tuned specifically for critical listening, making it equally suited for tracking vocals, mixing a full session, or mastering your final release. If you are looking for a Nashville recording studio where the room itself sounds right, this is it.
The signal chain runs through a Universal Audio Apollo x8p interface into calibrated ADAM monitors with NS10 reference speakers for cross-checking your mix. Neumann microphones handle everything from vocals to acoustic instruments. Logic Pro, Pro Tools, and Ableton are all installed and ready. You bring your session file, plug in, and start working. No setup headaches, no compatibility issues.
Ideal for: recording vocals, mixing, mastering, overdubs, podcast production
Studio B
Rehearsal, Recording & Production
Studio B is a 520+ square foot soundproofed room built for the full creative cycle: write a song, rehearse it with your band, then track it without changing rooms. It is the most versatile space in our facility and the one that most Nashville musicians end up using as their creative home base.
The room comes with a full backline ready to go. There is a drum kit, guitar and bass amps, a full PA system, and PMC and Focal reference monitors for playback. MIDI controllers and keyboards are set up for production work. Multi-track recording runs through Logic and Ableton, so you can capture band rehearsals, demo ideas, or lay down full takes. The first session discount brings your rate to $100/hr. After that, hourly is $120 or $30/hr as a member.
Ideal for: band rehearsal, pre-production, songwriting, live recording, content creation

The Live Room
Performance, Streaming & Video Production
The Nashville Live Room is a 200-capacity performance venue with a professional stage, lighting rig, and full PA system. It is where HOME members host showcases, labels hold listening parties, and artists shoot music videos and live stream sessions. The room doubles as a large-format live recording space when you need to capture a full band with room sound.
The streaming rig supports multi-camera live broadcasts. Professional stage lighting creates the right look for video content without needing to bring in outside gear. The projection screen handles presentations, lyric displays, and visual backdrops for performances. Whether you are doing a private showcase for industry, a ticketed event, or a content shoot, the Live Room gives you a real venue without the venue politics.
Ideal for: showcases, listening parties, live streaming, music videos, content shoots, full-band recording

My band had practices and filmed a music video in Studio B! Great staff with a full stock of equipment and knowledge to get the job done right! Also met a lot of cool people also in the industry, highly recommend!
Patricia Gross
Excellent facility. It's one thing to have a great space but it's an altogether elevated when the facility/studios have excellent service! The in-house engineer is a pleasure to work with and KNOWS everything technical.
David "DQ" Gurley
This place is amazing well thought out, planned and executed. It has a huge acoustic room for a full band. They have an A1 studio control room and recording booth. They also have a live stage room to set up for a concert.
Brian Thompson
Such a cool environment with several offerings for smaller artists looking for a practice space. Super cool vibe and the monthly fee is fair for the amount of offerings that the space provides.
Matthew Ferranti
HOME is a phenomenal concept that gives members a base of operations for all of our practical needs. From rehearsal space to a recording studio, HOME has it all. I'm so stoked this concept came to East Nashville!
Mitch Goudy
The facility itself is allowing our clients and myself to build our musical vision from the studio, to rehearsals, to the stage, all at a rate that musicians can afford. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
