Refund Policy for Session Booking at HOME
HOME does not provide cash refunds for bookings, but they may be rescheduled at anytime by clicking the 'Reschedule' button in the confirmation email.
We allow rescheduling until 48 hours prior to the date of the booking. Within 48 hours of the booking, no refunds of any kind will be provided.
If you need to reschedule to a later date but don't know when, we can credit you toward a future session. If you have any issues with your booking, reach out to home@homeformusic.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
