Option 1

Apply for the Hardship Fund

If money is tight, we have a $10,000 fund to help members stay connected. This keeps your membership active and your access to the community, studios, and resources.

  • • Must explain your financial situation
  • • Must actively participate in HOME programs
  • • Reapply every month by the 3rd Wednesday
  • • Assistance depends on available funds

Submit Cancellation Request

Fill out the cancellation form below and our team will process your request within a few business days. We'll confirm once everything is complete.

  • • 30 days notice for Connect and Create memberships
  • • Build memberships: pro-rated refund available
  • • Unused studio hours are pro-rated in your final billing
  • • Our team will reach out to confirm cancellation

Another Option: Fiscal Sponsorship

Through the Helping Music Foundation, your supporters can make tax-deductible donations to fund your membership. You receive 90% of donations credited to your HOME account, and the Foundation retains 10% to sustain the Hardship Fund.
